Sandy K. Finch

Sandy K. Finch, 65, of Florissant, MO, died peacefully on Saturday, August 8th, 2015 at her home.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 22nd, 2015 at the Butterfly House in Faust Park from 12-4pm.

Sandy was born May 23rd, 1950, in Nacogdoches, Texas to O.T. and Tempie Morton.

Sandy married Gordon N. Finch on April 23rd, 1978 in Las Vegas, NV and he survives.

Sandy graduated from Hickman High School in Columbia, MO. After high school she became a hair dresser and owned her own beauty shop. She went on to create the Wooly Whooo Owls that sold across the country. In 1992 she became a bus driver and drove for 24 years, loving every child she drove.

Survivors also include a brother, Bud Morton of Sikeston, MO; one daughter, Alicia Schroeter of O’Fallon, MO; two step sons, Mark Finch of Lakeside, CA and Greg Finch of Torrey Pines, CA; four grandchildren, Austin Finch of Lakeside, CA, David Schroeter of O’Fallon, MO, Shelby Finch of Torrey Pines, CA and Taylor Schroeter of O’Fallon, MO.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Margie Kramer and her daughter Amanda Finch.
