Shawn Robert Jay, age 39, present with the Lord on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. He is the Dear son of Robert and Patricia Jay (Hirons); husband of Sara Jay (Nelson); father of Nolan David Jay; brother of W. Steven Engelmann and Stacy Jay Malcolm. Shawn also leaves behind a host of family and friends.

Shawn graduated from South County Technical High School, and Ranken Technical College.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 7:00pm at

The First Baptist Church of Oakville, 6741 Telegraph Road, St. Louis, MO 63129. A burial service will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 1pm, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery chapel, Mount Vernon, IL.
