Sheila Diane Holton (nee Goldberg) passed away peacefully at DeGreef Hospice House on February 25th, 2026 at the age of 85.

She was born in St. Louis, MO on December 14th, 1940.

Sheila is predeceased by her husband Carl Holton, parents Gertrude and David Goldberg, sister Alnye Kapinos, and niece Eileen Kapinos.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son Derek Leath (Jill) and grandchild Alexandra Holiday (Seth).

Sheila had a quiet presence and loved spending time at home with her family. She had a special place in her heart for animals and enjoyed taking care of her plants.

There will be a private service with immediate family only.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Adopt-A-Pet (APA) of St. Louis.
