Shirley Anita O’Neal born October 26, 1929 and passed away December 4, 2019. Loving wife of the late Raleigh J. O’Neal, dear mother of Robert (Maryann), Richard (Peggy), Donald (Sue) and the late James and Gerald O’Neal. Dear grandmother and great grandmother. Dear aunt and friend to many. Memorial service and internment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11:15 AM.
