Sidney L. Tucker

Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on May 16, 2025 at the age of 80 years old. He was born in Duncans, Trelawny Jamaica on June 22, 1944. Sidney is pre-deceased by his father Kenneth, Mother Estella, brothers Calvert (Junie)  and Clifton. He is survived by his loving wife Christie of 40 years. 

Lovingly remembered by his five children: son Curtis and spouse Fawnda, Andrew, daughters Diana (Lloy) Symone and Sandra. His only grandson Symon, grand-daughters Sydni, Roshae, Christian, Callie and Bryce. Brothers Winston and spouse Eva, Aval and spouse Marie, Elton and spouse Christina, Carlton and spouse Kerry-Ann, Isaac. Nieces , nephews, great nieces and great-nephews, cousins, close friends and co-workers.

Background information: Sidney worked in the hotel industry until his retirement. He kept busy with his hobbies. He enjoyed cooking, entertaining, and working in his gardens. Most of all he loved spending time at his home in Jamaica with his wife, family and friends. Sidney had a great sense of humour, appreciated good Scotch, and was very devoted to his loved ones.
