Stephanie Haywood
Stephanie Ann Haywood, was called to her eternal rest peacefully, surrounded by family and friends on October 13, 2021 at the age of 64. She grew up in the St. John neighborhood and was a 1975 graduate of Ritenour High School and a 1979 graduate of the University of Central Missouri.

For forty plus years she gathered with a group of her friends to enjoy each other’s company on an annual float trip down the Big Piney River. Stephanie was an avid fan of all sports, even the Tour de France. She loved the St. louis Cardinals baseball, Blues Hockey and the Arizona Cardinals football. Stephanie spent her career in public service, working for the cities of Charlack, Overland and St. Louis County.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents, James and Rosemary (Cuneo) Haywood; her brother, James J. “Jay” Haywood; and her beloved puppy, Chloe. She is lovingly remembered by her brother, Tom (Sue) Haywood; sister-in-law, Patty Haywood; nephew and nieces, Doug (Crystal) Haywood; Rachel (David) Butkovich; Ashley Haywood (fiancé Tony Gambaro); Kaitlin (Thomas) McGinley; great nephews and nieces, Cooper, Cady, Charlie and Lilly; cousins and numerous friends.
