Stephen Anthony Moreno of St. Louis passed away at 8:30am, Wednesday, November 26, 2014 peacefully in his sleep.

Steve was born July 6, 1951 to the late Anthony J. Moreno and to the late Rita M. Moreno (Knittel) of St. Louis, MO.

Steve is survived by his 4 sisters, Rita Hammer of St. Louis, MO, Joanne Hawley of Brentwood, TN, Donna Todtenhaupt of St. Louis, MO and Linda Antognini of Seattle, WA, 4 brother-in-laws Terry Hammer, Michael Hawley, Dan Todtenhaupt, and Lionel Antognini, a cherished Godson, Nicholas Antognini of Phoenix, AX, 8 nieces: Julie, Elizabeth, Christina, Melissa, Angie, Becky, Ava and Sophia, 3 nephews: Todd, Nicholas and Greg, 9 great nieces and 4 great nephews.

Steve was a graduate of Mehlville Senior High School-Class of 1970 and then went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Missouri -Class of 1974. Steve was an avid sports enthusiast, played on the field back in the day, always a loyal Cardinals, Rams and Blues fan. He enjoyed going to the movies, playing cards, Steak-n-Shake, Imo’s Pizza, and most of St. Louis’s originals including toasted ravioli and Ted Drewes.

You made us laugh and you made us cry, you will forever be in our hearts, you broke the barriers of unconditional love. Steve my brother you will be missed. Rest in Peace.
