Stephen “Steve” Adams
Stephen (Steve) Adams passed away on February 12, 2020 at the age of 69. He left behind his wife and best friend, Marvia. They were married for the past 22 years. They enjoyed their life together, whether it was riding motorcycles and seeing some great scenery or sitting by a campfire with their dog.
Steve also leaves behind two children, Katherine Rosemann (Dan Rosemann), Charlie Adams, and one step-son, Christopher Stairs (Olivea Stairs); two grandchildren, and one step-grandchild. He enjoyed the time that he got to spend with his children and the memories that he got to make with his grandchildren. Grandpa was no “stick in the mud” when it came to making silly faces with them or jumping in a 64 degree swimming pool. He was definitely young at heart.
Steve worked at Cape Girardeau Public Schools as an Industrial Arts teacher for 28 years prior to his retirement. Steve was the type of person that never met a stranger. He would strike up a conversation with anyone and ask what you ordered for dinner.
He is preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, and nephew.
There will be no memorial service per his request.
So sorry for your loss. Steve will be sadly missed.
