Steven Jackson

Steven “Steve” Jackson, age 65, of Spanish Lake, Missouri, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026. He was born on August 10, 1960, in St. Louis, MO.

Steve dedicated 40 years of his life to his career as a cement mason. He was widely known for his strong work ethic, exceptional craftsmanship, and the immense respect he earned from everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Outside of work, Steve was an avid hunter and enjoyed watching NASCAR. Above all, his greatest happiness came from spending time with his beloved grandchildren, creating beautiful memories that will be cherished forever. Steve will be fondly remembered for his trademark grumpiness, balanced by the fact that he always showed up for the people he loved. His favorite sayings, “I’ll do it a week from Wednesday” and “don’t tell me,” will always bring a smile to those who knew him best.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents, William and Catherine (Keith) Jackson. He is survived by his wife and companion of 28 years, Tina; his stepdaughter, Christy (David) Worsham, Pam Shaw; his grandchildren, Brad, Jacob, Emma, Addysen, Alexis, and Serenity; his siblings; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
