Terrence Joseph Dee

Peacefully surrounded by his family Terrence, “Terry” Dee of O’Fallon, MO took his last breath here on earth on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at the age of 76.  Loving husband of 58 years to Pat Dee, devoted father of Terry Jr (Judy), Dan (Kim), Maureen Salyers(Chris), Dawn Bibbs (Isiah), and Scott (Theresa).  Cherished grandfather to 16, great grandfather to 10. Loving father to his 2 fur babies, Caddi and Bandit.  Dear brother of Colleen Daly, Maureen Burgess, Sharon Schilling, Tommy Dee, Patti Hayes, Mickey Dee, and Debbie Derr.  Brother-in-law and proud uncle to many and a friend to all that knew him.  Preceded in death by his mother and father, Maury and Virginia Dee.

Terry was an amazing family man who proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.  Owner of Dee’s Produce for 50 plus years where his successes were well earned. The personification of hard work, yet never a loss for a smile and kind word.  You knew Terry was in the room, and his goal was to always make the day better for those in it.  An avid golfer, hunter, snow skier, and traveler in his RV with a goal of spoiling his grandkids and puppies. He fought a seven-year battle and is now at rest in heaven.

Terry was a beacon of a man that will be greatly missed by all.

Interment will be at Jefferson Barracks on January 18, 2022, at 1 pm. Following Internment family and friends are invited to the KC Hall 1270  Church Rd. St. Paul, MO.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to St Judes or the American Lung Association in memory of Terry.

A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.

People come & go thru our journey thru life but some put a special place in our heart, Mr. Dee was one of those guys that I always felt I could get a laugh out of every time I saw him, he always talked about his kids and how blessed he was to have such a wonderful wife & family.
My only regret was not stopping by and sharing a laugh or two.
He is in a better place for sure and one day I will share a laugh or two with him again.

Great Friend and a family that has all the great qualities that Terry passed down. You meet a Dee, you love one. The smiles, laughs and caring ways will be missed but not forgotten. I love every minute that we have shared and looking forward to memories with the family ahead. He gave so much in life but will be carry on with the great family he left behind. That’s the Dee way. His smile is always with us. What a gift.
