Thomas Hoff Sr. passed away on Monday, October 21, 2019.

Beloved husband of Carol Hoff (nee Bergfeld); loving father of, Carrie Bragg (Mike), Suzi Donovan (Terry), and Thomas Hoff Jr.; adoring Papa to Taylor (Michael), Zach, Dillon, Blake, Connor, Madison and Mackenzie; Great Papa to Jack and Sutton; dear brother to Ann Deer (Bob), Jim Hoff (Terry), and Bob Hoff (Linda); dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Services:

His family is receiving visitors at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, 15642 Clayton Road, on Saturday, November 9th at 10 a.m. with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Lung Association are appreciated.
