Tonghua Guo, 87, of Creve Coeur, Missouri, passed away on August 14, 2024. He was born on September 30, 1936, in China.

He was the beloved husband of Huazhen Li, devoted father of Hui Guo and Ping Hu, Chun Guo and Jinsong Zhang, and loving grandfather of Kevin Zhang, Justin Zhang, Alan Guo, and Bill Guo.

Tonghua was gifted in calligraphy. He loved ancient Chinese poetry and often used it in his calligraphy, which gave him a sense of pride and accomplishment. He loved to cook traditional Chinese meals and always prepared a sumptuous feast for his family on the eve of Chinese New Year. Tong Hua was a handyman at home and a gardener in the yard. He also had a photography hobby and took many pictures of his grandchildren.

St. Louis Cremation will hold a funeral service on Sunday, August 18, 2024, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at 2135 Chouteau Ave, St. Louis.
