September 17, 1979 – November 5, 2022

Trisha Renee Cain Nee Burton was born September 17, 1979,  and passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 43 on November 5, 2022. Trisha was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many, especially dogs and cats. She is survived by her two children Payton Macklin and Austin Taylor; parents Tammy Burton (Geno), Clifford Burton (Candice); two sisters, Danielle Haerter (Will), Samantha Burton; nieces Zaih’Kiyra “Kiyra” Mosley and Charlotte Haerter; nephew Jah’Siyah “Siyah” Mosley; grandparents Ron and Sylvia Hulliung, Helen Burton; numerous aunts and uncles, several great nieces and nephews, and many more family members and friends. 

Trisha loved her family beyond measure.  She had so much love to give that it poured over into her love for animals.  Her family members will always remember her as a kind, compassionate soul who would do anything to make you feel better or just to see you smile.  She loved family gatherings but was always an hour or more late. We often joked that we would tell her an hour earlier to show up just so she would be on time. She conquered many things in her short time she was here with us and was just beginning to find a new meaning in this journey we call life. A memorial service will be held at a later date and time for Trisha.
