Vicki Lee Sence

Vicki Lee Sence, 70, of Creve Coeur Missouri passed away peacefully at Mari de Villa senior living in Chesterfield Mo., on Sunday, August 11, 2024 after a long hard battle with dementia.

Vicki was born on May 17, 1954 in St. Louis Missouri, the daughter of Loyd  and Wanda Blackwell.

She married the love of her life Johnnie Sence on June 27, 1970 in St. Louis, Mo. Johnnie her beloved husband passed away 78 days before her! They cherished their time together along with their family pets (Jessie and Max)!

Vicki was the proud owner of the Three Dog Bakery in Clayton, Mo.
Her passion for animals  shined through her in a meaningful way, in the welfare, the love for animals and advocating for animal rights! She made such a positive impact on their lives! Vicki had a lifelong passion for reading also and worked at several bookstores.

Vicki is survived by two brothers Andy Blackwell  (Linda) of Mcleansboro, Ill., Wade Blackwell (Missy) of Cottleville, Mo., two sisters Kathy Klink (Mike) of Crestwood, Missouri ., Lorna Lloyd of Bedford, Ind., and also her four sisters in law; Margaret Thomas of Reno, Nevada, Alberta Hardin (Charles Darnell), Nyokia Brown, and Brenda Patterson all of Qulin, Mo. and  numerous nieces and nephews!

Vicki was proceeded in death by her parents, Loyd  and Wanda Blackwell.,  her brother Dennis Blackwell, and brothers in-law, Ronnie Lloyd, Bill Patterson, Willard Brown, Shon McKinney.
Sister in law Duggie  Sence McKinney.

Vicki will be remembered as a loving wife, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.
Vicki had a beautiful heart and soul. She loved to be around her family, friends and pets. She was very intellectual and knowledgeable of most things and was very loving, generous, thoughtful, sweet and hard-working!

In accordance with Johnnie and Vicki ‘s wishes no service will be held. They wished to be cremated. Their ashes will be scattered together along with Jessie and Max ( their Dachshunds), where they spent many wonderful times together  and developed many cherished lasting memories!
