Virginia Miller

Virginia (Ginny) Morrone Miller – June 17, 1938 – May 11, 2025
Virginia (Ginny) Louise Miller (nee. Morrone) passed away peacefully, at her home on May 11, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Ginny was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She never knew a stranger and welcomed everyone to her home with open arms. “The more the merrier” she always said. She loved with passion and had a wonderful sense of humor.

She retired from Southwestern Bell and spent many years RV traveling. Ginny was a volunteer at Hanna Woods elementary school and at Circle of Concern. Her selfless spirit made her a natural care-giver.

Ginny was preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Louise Morrone, brother Paul Morrone, sister-in-law Patricia Morrone, sister Marylu Mazucca, nephew Robert Mazucca and her loving partner Leon Vanover.

She is survived by her children Mary Miller, Sharon Miller Linden, Edward Miller Jr., daughter-in- law Lisa Ladymon Miller, granddaughters Megan Miller, Melissa Miller, Michaela Linden, nieces Pamm Morrone Ambrose, Lisa Mazzuca Decker. nephew-in-law Mark Ambrose, grandnephews Matt Ambrose, Luc Ambrose, Danny Ambrose, and best friend, Carol Hodgen.

A very special thank you to Kirk Linden, Ed and Karen Miller, Unity Hospice, and all the friends who prayed for and supported us throughout Ginny’s illness.

A memorial service, in honor of Ginny, will be held at a date to be announced.
