Daughter of Lyman & Bernice Foulk; sister of Barbara Williams and Pierce Foulk; Mother of William Frazier, Angela West and Rebecca Whittington. Grandmother to Stephanie Wheeler, Heather Crisel, William Frazier, Sydney Frazier, Lauren Frazier, Evelyn Whittington & Jeremy Whittington. Great grandmother to Eve Crisel, Michael Whittington, Austin Whittington, and William Frazier. Virginia was an elementary teacher with Ritenour school district, and later transitioned into a social worker position for Missouri Family Services.
