Wow, it is amazing to see your two strong sons that brought you such joy. Some of God’s gifts to us can sometimes be hard to see or appreciated but yours always shined brightly. Your natural charisma that brought people to you and the ability to capture the moment on canvas still leaves me in awe. You once sketched a picture of me from my 3rd grade school photo and that was always my favorite picture on my wall and somehow made me feel elevated, that I was special, worthy and highly capable. Thank you. God is over joyed to have his child back. I love you cousin.
    God bless

I know that death is inevitable. Our only solution to attain eternal life through God’s grace, is to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Savior. However, my heart is overwhelmed as I face another surreal moment: the lost of another dear relative. As I reminisce of our days here in Detroit, my dear cousin Walter and I shared some fun days in our youth. We were born in the same year. I will never forget his love for his mother, and his siblings, and all of us. I do know that God’s will has been done, and He can do no wrong. God will grace each of us to carry on our life’s with out our dear Walter.

I love you unc. You always talked to me like a father & treated me like a son & I took every word of advice you ever gave me and it’s still in my head. I’m so glad I got to see you as many times as I did in the recent years & if I could change anything i would have came more. The last time we talked you called me and asked me how I make buffalo wings you knew how but wanted to make em how I make em 🤣. I never found out if you made em but I hope you did I hope they was good & spicy, I’ll see you again someday like you always say “POTNA” 🤣🤣

Thank you Walter for everything…you’re the only person I know who can cut your hair, fix your car, cut your grass. fly a drone, install a water line in your house on a Sunday, dredge a sewer, replace a hot water heater, change electrical wiring, fix a roof and do all this while listening to smooth jazz and giving advice. I’ll miss you but every time I see those boys of yours I realize those are your most outstanding gifts to this world of ours.

    I’ll miss you PARTNA…..

Walter was my true friend here in Columbia, MO. He always had a smile on his face and had a kind word to say. He was always willing to help me in any way he could. He used to cut the grass at the apartment i live at here is Columbia. Was sorry to hear of his passing. I will truly miss seeing his face when he car the grocery store where i worked for many years. I pray for his family during this time of loss, but i know his spirit is in a better place. I pray we wiil see each other again on the other side. See you over there my friend. May God bless and keep you.
