Wanda Sue Couch

Wanda Sue Couch, age 76, of Wentzville, Missouri passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 5 at her home.  She was born on June 23, 1947 in Salem, Illinois, the daughter of the late Marion and Mary Stone.

Wanda worked for the Wentzville School district for 25 years as the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Board of Education; she retired in 2002.  Wanda was a faithful woman of God and attended the St. Louis Family Church and most recently Element Church.  Wanda enjoyed bowling, meeting with the red hat ladies, the ladies of the secretary association, as well as meeting with her church small groups and volunteering at Element Church for anything they needed.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and sister, Billie Westall and husband Bill of Lawrenceville, Illinois.

Survivors include two sons, Kevin Couch and wife Carin of Thousand Oaks, California and Rodney Couch and wife Melissa of Wentzville, Missouri; two sisters, Marian Hutto and husband Tommy of Gonzales, Louisiana and Martha Whetsell and husband Paul of Talledega, Alabama; four grandchildren Jonathan Couch and wife Bailey, Tabitha Collins and husband Shawn, Ian Couch and Aidan Couch; 3 great-grandchildren Henderson, Beckett, and Juliette Couch, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
