William “Bill” Pfeiffer passed away peacefully on the afternoon of March 1, 2026, with his loving wife of 58 years, Shirley Pfeiffer, by his side, along with many family members and close friends.

Bill is survived by his four aunts, numerous cousins, and his brother and sister-in-law, Jay Johnson and Eileen Pfeiffer. He was a beloved uncle and father figure to Aimee (Pfeiffer) Brand and Kim Kennedy; John Pfeiffer, Chris Pfeiffer, Kimberly (Pfeiffer) Fear, Mandy Duggan, Ferrell Comia, Paul Johnson, and John Johnson. He was a proud great-uncle to Reilly Brand, Chase Brand, Milah (Pfeiffer) (Will) Freiben, Blake Wilf, Heather Wilf, Elizabeth Duggan, Farah Comia, and Ethan Bowren and a cherished great-great-uncle to Taylor Freiben, Sage Wilf, Rynlee Ann Ballard.

Bill is also remembered as a devoted friend—especially to his best friend and “brother,” Micheal Pisoni—and to many others he considered family.

He was an avid golfer, a lover of travel, and someone who truly enjoyed sharing meals and laughter with friends. Bill’s warmth, humor, and generous spirit touched everyone who knew him.

A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at a later date.
