William Giles

William Dennis Giles was born September 22, 1967 at the Philadelphia Naval Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon his father’s discharge from the Navy, he moved to Racine, Wisconsin, where he attended SC Johnson Elementary School.  Upon entering middle school, William and his family moved to Burlington, Wisconsin, attending Burlington Middle School and was a 1985 graduate of Burlington Senior High School. William is also a US Army Veteran.

William loved to laugh, work on and ride his motorcycles, and anything to do with computers and computer generated art. For the past year, he had been employed by Big St. Charles Motor Sports in St. Charles, Missouri.

William is survived by his wife, Courtney, his father, Donald Edward Giles, Sr, his mother, Susan (Obry) Giles-Ireton, and his brother, Donald Edward Giles, Jr., and nephew, Sean. He is also survived by two daughters, Alaina and Cassie, of Houston, Texas, a son and daughter-in-law, Nathaniel and Nicole, two grandchildren, Gabriel and Bailey, also of Houston, Texas.

William was well-loved by family and friends, and will be sorely missed.

    Although I only knew Bill for less than a year he was an amazing man. He had a wealth of knowledge and was always willing to share. He will be missed.

    I met Bill online playing a MMO game called second life. He was quick witted, generous, and kind. He left an indelible impression on me. I miss him.
